Facebook & Instagram Data Deletion Policy
What we store
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to Primatura, we store only what is required to publish posts on your behalf:
- your Facebook user ID and the selected Facebook Page ID;
- a Page access token for the Page you chose;
- the Instagram Business account ID and username linked to that Page;
- connection metadata (when you connected and when the token expires).
We do not store your Facebook password, friends, messages, or any content beyond the connection details above. Posts you publish are kept as your gallery's own records and do not contain your personal Meta credentials.
How long we keep it
We retain this data only while your account remains connected. It is deleted as soon as the connection is removed by any of the methods below.
How to delete your data
You can have all stored Meta data deleted in any of three ways:
- From the Primatura dashboard: go to Social and click Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored connection and revokes the access token.
- From Facebook: open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, remove Primatura. Facebook notifies us via a signed callback and we delete all connection data tied to your Facebook account automatically.
- By request: email support@primatura.com and we will delete your Meta connection data within 30 days.
Deleting your entire Primatura account also removes all associated Meta connection data.
